Michelle Billington

Michelle Billington is an accomplished HR professional with years of experience in organisational development, change management, culture transformation, and employee engagement. She has worked for various organisations in the UK, specialising in large complex global structures. Michelle holds a BBA in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pochefstroom and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching, ILM Level 7 from the University of the West of England.
