Michele Espadoni has over 10 years of experience in the field of environment and sustainability. Her background includes roles in the development and implementation of the ELO program, which aims to promote sustainable development among sugar cane suppliers of Raízen, an accomplishment that was unprecedented in the global production chain. She also has extensive experience in managing environmental processes such as obtaining licenses from CESTESB, IBAMA and DAEE, waste management, and staying up to date on relevant legislations. Additionally, she has worked in internal and external audit processes regarding the norms of Bonsucro. Espadoni studied Quality Management as a technician at COTIL (UNICAMP) and has an undergraduate degree of Engineering in Environmental Studies from Instituto Superior de Ciências Aplicadas. She has held positions at Raízen such as Analista de Sustentabilidade, Engenheira Ambiental Junior, Analista de Meio Ambiente Pleno, and Analista da Qualidade.
