Michel Leushuis

Michel Leushuis brings more than 20 years of professional experience in economic and financial analysis, financial management, and PPP advisory with a focus on infrastructure, particularly in the water, waste, and energy sectors.

He has a vast international exposure, having worked in over 30 countries across Western and Eastern Europe, Central, South and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the USA, and the Caribbean.

With a background in Business Administration, having completed his MSc. at the University of Groningen, Michel has a solid educational foundation complementing his extensive practical experience.

Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at RebelGroup, his expertise lies in advisory services, investments, and implementation strategies.

Prior to his current role, Michel held key positions in renowned organizations including Business Development Manager for Turkey, East Europe & Russia, Senior Economist & Financial Expert at Royal HaskoningDHV, Financial Controller at DHV, Financial Manager at Sun Microsystems, and various financial and project control roles at DHV.

His professional journey also includes a stint as a Tour Leader in Indonesia with Djoser and research responsibilities at Universitas Sumatera Utara Indonesia.
