I lead two teams of awesome developers building new products and services. One of the teams built internal, back-office and data components for company-wise reuse. The second team developed all the mobile offerings of StepStone: mobile iOS and Android apps as well as the mobile website.

I worked in a product-oriented organization, closely cooperating with product managers and product owners. I defined project plans, reported on milestones and risks and manged all the day-to-day operations of my teams including hiring and performance reviews.

I was leading a team of extraordinary software developers. We were migrating MTVNE websites to new platforms and creating new platforms ourselves. We maintained the sites by working closely with clients from Poland, Hungary, South Africa and Israel. Cooperation with company headquarters in New York and London.

In the role of Technical Leader I've guided the team in the super-fast process of building a new content publishing platform.

My highly independent position required me to effectively communicate with many people, organize work for me and the team and clearly understand the business of the company. I actively participate in the recruitment and planning processes in my department.

Developing middle size J2EE application which made use of EJB, Hibernate, Spring Framework with web interface implemented in Struts.

Later on IBM Web Sphere Commerce projects - requrements gathering/analysis at client side. Designing the customizations. Project management which included contacting the clients, cooperation with subcontractors and in-hous specialists. First implementation of this technology in Poland.
