Michal Nadolny

Michal Nadolny is a seasoned leader with over 10 years of experience in business operations, change management, and communication. A graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS in Information Systems, he has a wide range of information systems capabilities, including strong analytical and management skills. He is an exceptional manager with an extensive leadership background in work community, associations, and fraternity. Michal has excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, which come to bear in his passions for User/Customer Experience.

Michal's professional experience includes working as a Principal Software Engineer, Senior Business Manager/System Engineer, and Senior Network Support Specialist-Global Network Communications at AT&T. He was also a Manager of Technical Support Analysis-Transport, a Database/Web Specialist at UMDNJ, a Project Planner/ Systems Engineer at Merck/Schering-Plough, and NJIT Senior Project Lead at Picatinny Arsenal, among others. Michal has a background in IT and has served as a Technical Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft (Volt) and IT Intern at Gucci.
