Jean-Luc A. Coletta, MHA is a highly motivated healthcare administrator committed to enhancing administrative operations to provide comprehensive and secure treatment to patients. With a Master of Health Administration (M.H.A.) in Health Services Administration from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Jean-Luc is a seasoned professional with vast experience in the healthcare sector.

Jean-Luc is an expert in building and leading multi-functional teams, working with databases and information systems to develop solutions and adapting to any role as an Administrative Fellow. He possesses strong leadership qualities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable him to build sound professional relationships with people of diverse backgrounds and achieve common objectives.

Jean-Luc has worked at Mount Sinai Health System as Administrative Manager and formerly as a Management Analyst II and Administrative Fellow. He began his career as an intern in Materials Management and Patient Safety at the National Institutes of Health and Laurel Regional Hospital, respectively. Before transitioning into healthcare, he worked as a Graduate Administrative Assistant for the University of Maryland and a Teaching Assistant for Rutgers University Residence Life.
