Michaela Kadeřábková is an accomplished HR professional, experienced trainer and coach, and a product owner. She has worked with various organizations across multiple industries and geographies, including Euler Hermes, MONETA Money Bank, Council of Europe, and Forum 2000 Foundation. With her extensive skills and experience, Michaela has excelled in training and development, HR business partner roles, HR management, and project management. She has also contributed to various advisory councils and NGOs, including the Advisory Council on Youth at Council of Europe. Michaela is known for her exceptional leadership, talent development, and HR transformation skills. Today, she is focused on culture transformation at Euler Hermes as its product owner.
