Michael Yerzy

Michael Yerzy is a dedicated Martial Arts Instructor with a mission to transform lives through the practice of martial arts, promoting freedom, power, and responsibility.

With a focus on teaching the tools, skills, and mindset needed to harness and guide the inner 'fighter' in every individual, Michael draws on the systems and techniques passed down by Al Moore, Sr. and Jung Moon Al Moore, Jr.

His teachings extend beyond physical combat to include applications in various aspects of life such as combat training, sports, and recreation, instilling true confidence in his students.

Michael Yerzy holds a Professional Bowenwork Practitioner Certification from the American Bowen Academy and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Religion and a minor in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University.

He currently serves as a Coach and Shifu at Monterey Martial Arts - Moore's Shou Shu, where he imparts his knowledge and skills to aspiring martial artists.

Previously, Michael worked as a Professional Bowenwork Practitioner at Yerzy Bowenwork Therapy, showcasing his diverse expertise and passion for holistic healing.
