Rocky Twitchell

Rocky R. Twitchell is the Founder of Liahona Warrior Arts International and a T5 Boxing Coach with a rich background in various martial arts disciplines.

He holds certifications in Muay Thai, Western Boxing, Vovinam Viet Vo Dao, Filipino martial arts, Garrison Fighting Knives, Pencak Silat, Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do Grappling, Rough & Tumble fighting methods, and has experience as an Active Shooter Instructor and Self Defense Instructor with the UC Davis Police Department.

Rocky is also a T5 Boxing Instructor in Grass Valley & Sacramento, California, where he offers professional coaching. He extends his expertise to volunteer as an instructor for the US Military.

A dedicated practitioner of martial arts, Rocky places special emphasis on honoring specific individuals within his training, particularly Rocci Harry Twitchell, Brandon Dru Sommerfeld, Micheal Buchter, and Navy Seal Danny Deitz.

He conducts seminars and clinics across the USA, focusing on martial arts and self-defense and specializes in Garrison Fighting Knives. He is also a Frog Fuel Ambassador, providing motivational supplies and reading materials to youth through The Way of the Warrior Kid series by Jocko Willink and The Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman.

His educational background includes studying at various institutions to enhance his skills in boxing, muay thai fighting methods, security, personal protection, martial arts, and volunteer services in law enforcement and homeland security.
