Michael Walbert

Michael Walbert is a seasoned professional with a rich background in hip-hop culture, events management, and social justice initiatives. As the VP of Experience at Rock The Bells, Michael oversees both virtual and in-person experiences that aim to celebrate and inspire hip-hop culture. During his tenure as the director and co-owner of the A3C Festival & Conference from 2009 to 2019, he played a pivotal role in transforming the event from a local showcase to an internationally recognized institution in hip-hop culture. In 2020, Michael dedicated his efforts to social justice and civic engagement initiatives in Georgia, producing events, developing campaigns, and creating content. His extensive experience includes collaborations with numerous prominent artists, business leaders, organizations, and brands such as Toyota, Sprite, Google, Salesforce, and Red Bull. Michael is an advocate for hard work, enjoyment, and social good, thriving at the intersection of entrepreneurs, artists, creatives, and startups. His educational background includes studies in Business and Entrepreneurship at USC Marshall School of Business and high school education at Paideia High School. Michael has held significant roles in various organizations like ROCK THE BELLS, We See You, ATL Branch, SMKA Productions, Hotlanta Hot Sauce, and A3C Festival & Conference.
