He holds a B.A. in International Relations/Economics, Business and Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, Mr. Sihilling studied Contract Law, High-Conflict Contracts, and U.S. Government Studies at Harvard University and Economics at the University of Cambridge.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate and real estate finance, Mr. Sihilling specializes in Project Development, Structured Finance, and Capitalization, with a focus on Residential, Multifamily, and Hospitality/Commercial projects. He also has expertise in Invoice Factoring and Purchase Order Financing for private and government sectors, including projects in the Disaster Recovery Sector. His clients include medium to large-sized businesses, and he provides them with fast and reliable access to short-term working capital, financial services, and funding agreements with leading commercial banks, private equity groups, and special-purpose hedge funds.
