Michael Sanocki

Michael Sanocki is the Chief Executive Officer of RQD* Clearing, a position he has held since November 2021.1 Prior to becoming CEO, he served as the General Counsel for RQD* Clearing from February 2021 to November 2021.1

Sanocki has an extensive background in the financial industry and legal sector. He previously worked as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at VOLANT TRADING for over 5 years.1 His experience also includes roles at ISE Holdings, where he was a Member of the Business Conduct Committee and Assistant General Counsel.1

Earlier in his career, Sanocki worked as an Attorney in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE) at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and as an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.1
