Hope M. Jarkowski

Hope M. Jarkowski is a seasoned lawyer and former SEC detailee who has worked on some of the most high-profile financial cases in recent memory. Armed with a Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, she began her career as an attorney at Bingham McCutchen, LLP before joining FINRA, where she used her expertise in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law to provide guidance on regulatory compliance matters.

Hope's contributions to the field of finance did not go unnoticed. She was handpicked by Commissioner Troy A. Paredes to serve as Counsel in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she helped craft guidelines and regulations that shape the financial industry to this day.

After her stint at the SEC, Hope joined the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs as Senior Counsel (SEC Detailee), advising lawmakers on financial policy. Later, she became a Partner at Delta Strategy Group, where she used her deep knowledge of the financial industry to help clients navigate complex regulatory and compliance issues.

Throughout her career, Hope has stayed true to her passion for the law and her belief in the power of financial systems to create growth and opportunity. She is a graduate of Emory University, where she studied Biology and Anthropology.
