Michael Oh is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in various HR roles, coupled with a diverse background in marketing, operations, management, and sales.

Currently serving as the VP of People at Project Canary, Michael's expertise spans across recruiting, interview and selection, training, on-boarding, change management, process improvement, and more.

In his spare time, Michael owns and operates Ziji Solution, a consulting firm offering career coaching and meditation services to individuals, couples, and organizations.

As an Ambassador Council at TEDxMileHigh, Michael provides valuable advisory support and contributes ideas to engage the TEDx community for growth.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Psychology, and Dramatic Arts from UC Irvine, Michael has also pursued professional development through the SHRM SPHR Certification of Achievement at Colorado State University.

His work history includes leadership roles at various organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as government entities like City and County of Denver.

Passionate about promoting mindfulness, Michael has helped launch mindfulness programs at several institutions and has a dedicated meditation practice stemming from over a decade of training.
