With a strong background in sales, business development, client relationship management, and market structure across both equities and fixed income rates/credit, Michael has a proven track record of driving adoption and electronification of financial markets. His expertise also includes product and program management, trading systems, data analysis, financial regulation, contract negotiation, Fintech initiatives, and strategic investments.

Michael has held several key positions including Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank, where he was responsible for driving change and building market share. He was also the Head of Fixed Income Rates & Credit e-Distribution / BARX Sales - Americas at Barclays, where he effectively aligned and coordinated efforts among business and technology teams to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, he has held senior roles at UBS Investment Bank, Trade.com Global Markets, Yamaich Intl. (America) Inc., and Barclays.
