Michael MacArthur is a seasoned professional with a passion for solving complex technical challenges in business operations and planning.

With a background in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Queen's University, Michael has honed his skills through diverse roles in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Calgary, Toronto, Brazil, and Russia.

His experience spans various key positions at Kinross Gold Corporation, including Business Development & Supply Chain Manager, Continuous Improvement Superintendent, Senior Operations Analyst, and Business Optimization Analyst.

Prior to his tenure at Kinross Gold Corporation, Michael has excelled as an Associate at Stroud International, Mining Engineer Intern, and Metallurgical Engineer Intern at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.

Complementing his professional roles, Michael has also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant in various capacities at Queen's University and as a Summer Camp Instructor at Appleby College.
