Michael Lynd

Michael J. Lynd, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of Kairoi Residential, a company he co-founded. He provides strategic direction and leadership across the entire corporate platform. Lynd has been involved in the multifamily real estate sector as an owner and operator since 1995, amassing over 28 years of experience in multifamily management, investment, and development.13

He has been instrumental in the investment, development, and disposition of more than $9.8 billion worth of real estate projects, including notable developments like The Bowie and Sixth and Guadalupe in Austin, EnV and Hancock Tower in Chicago, Selene in Dallas, 1000 Speer in Denver, and Nine at Mary Brickell Village in Miami.1 One of his company's high-profile projects is the Waterline development in Austin, which is set to become the tallest building in Texas upon its completion.2

Lynd graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance. He serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Alamo Regional Mobility Authority and is involved with several community organizations.13 Additionally, he plays a significant role in San Antonio's business community, serving on various boards and committees.1
