Provided UX and Business leadership to redesign and reposition Beatport's community facing product lines. Created engaging experiences by corroborating domain expertise with feedback from customers, development teams, business leads, and partners. Worked alongside multiple internal and contract cross-functional development teams to iteratively release new product functionality. 

Product lead in building electronic music's largest network of performer profiles, largest events directory, high profile remix contest platform, music news platform, and various improvements to network properties.

Beatport

Collected, interpreted, and distributed business metrics for company heads to inform department decision making. 
Worked with internal teams to populate and prioritize an administrative product backlog for development. Product updates resulted in improved control over automated media ingestion, customer care tools, and content merchandising.
Developed and integrated order authorization tests leveraging a users purchase and browsing history to minimize the company's exposure to credit card fraud by over 33%.
Worked with various Performance Rights Organizations and our finance and data teams to generate, sanitize, and verify international performance payouts. 
Provided product and business leadership for Beatport's initial partnership with Shazam for music identification.
Performed proof of concept tests with various digital media watermarking technologies to identify and react to digital content piracy.
Managed the Beatport Brand Shop and Beatport Mix product lines by vetting/coordinating physical goods design, production, and facilitation with third party designers, printers, and distribution.
