Michael Lee is a South African-American creative professional with expertise in facilitating creativity and innovation breakthroughs for leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams. He holds several certifications, including:

• Master of Creativity and Innovation Coaching
• Master NLP Practitioner
• Executive Coach
• Adaptability Quotient Assessment (AQai) Professional Practitioner

Lee has over two decades of experience in the film and TV industry as a writer, producer, director, and script editor across the US, Europe, and Africa. His TV productions have earned him 5 South African Film & TV Awards (SAFTAs).

He is the founder of the Innotivity Institute and creator of the Innotivity modality, which focuses on innovating oneself and building unique team approaches to foster creativity. Lee also founded the Academy of Television and Screen Arts in Johannesburg.

Currently, Lee serves in several roles:
