Susie deVille is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity. Her passion for blending art, design thinking, anthropology, and coaching has led to transformative experiences for individuals and businesses alike. Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, she gained early insights into building and growing successful ventures that contribute meaningfully to the community. Susie holds a B.A. in anthropology, a master's degree in entrepreneurship, and is currently pursuing the Stanford University Innovation & Entrepreneurship Certificate Program. Her professional journey includes founding InnovationCompass, formerly serving in key roles at White Oak Realty Group and The Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative, and launching successful initiatives like the Peggy Crosby Center and the Literacy Council of Highlands.
