At Pear Therapeutics, my primary role is heading up our Search, Evaluation and In-licensing function. I report directly to our President and CEO Dr. Corey McCann.

Since March 2018, have led, co-led or been part of the team for over 15 deals on Inbound and Outbound.

I am a member of the corporate development team @ Pear. My main responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Run Pear's Acquisition Function
- Run Pear's Search, Evaluation and In-licensing function
- Run the Inbound Deal Team (Diligence team each from different across functional verticals at Pear)
- Run Alliance Management for Inbound Deal partnerships

- Run Competitive Intelligence, including for our lead FDA authorized products reSET, reSET-O and Somryst
- Assist the Investment Relations team in developing, managing relationships and pitching to investors
- Assist Commercial and Market Access teams with building relationships with C-Level, Leadership team or BOD members of large payer organizations and IDN's
- Assist in Outbound Pharma team with building relationships with C-Level, Leadership team or BOD members of Large Pharmaceutical Organizations
- Assist the Corporate Communications teams on various projects including Leading Pear's campaign to be nominated (First Digital Therapeutic to ever win) for the Prix Galien Award for best Digital Health Product) and the 2020 MedTech Breakthrough Award for Digital Health Innovation.
