Michael Kennedy is a bilingual strategy consultant with over 15 years of experience in strategy and execution. His international experience ranges across Canada, the United States, France, and Germany, and his industry experience includes aerospace, insurance, mining, manufacturing, and nuclear power. Kennedy has devoted his career to implementing change management and driving operational improvements, performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and honing skills in strategy and scenario planning. An engineer by training, he holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.
