Michael J. Case is a veteran HR and Talent executive with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, management, and development. He has built and led HR and Talent teams of 50+ people for startups and multinational corporations alike. Michael is also an executive coach, advising CEOs on scaling their teams and companies. He has worked with top VCs in Silicon Valley, helping portfolio companies funded by a variety of venture capital firms.

Michael has helped build highly successful talent programs for Instacart, Uber, and Salesforce.com. He has also worked in Japan and remains active in the startup community in Asia. Michael speaks Chinese and Japanese and has studied at several prestigious universities worldwide, including the University of Chicago, National Taiwan Normal University, and Università di Pisa.

Michael is currently CEO of Neptune People, a company focused on helping startups build and scale their teams. He is also an investor, advisor, and limited partner with various companies in Silicon Valley. In his spare time, he loves hosting BBQ parties at his home.
