Prior to his speaking engagements, Michael was deeply involved in overseas missions through Bernice & Michael Hick's Overseas Missions. His global perspective and experience were further demonstrated during his tenure as Director of Global Business Initiatives.

His leadership skills were honed as President of The Success Resource Center and Chairman of Langdale Capital Holdings, Inc. Michael also lent his expertise to advisory roles, having been on the Member Advisory Board at Bullseye Engagement, LLC.
