Michael Green is a highly experienced finance and accounting professional with a strong background in corporate development, strategic planning, and management consulting. With a diverse industry expertise spanning across areas such as cybersecurity, healthcare, and IT consulting services, he has successfully evaluated more than 100 companies worth over $4 billion in enterprise value. His experience in M&A also includes integrating merged companies and acquisitions from a strategic and process perspective.

Michael's education includes an MBA, Finance, Marketing, and Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting and Government from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He has also studied International Finance/International Marketing at the University of Oxford as well as at Jesuit.
