He holds a Certificate IV in Property and Real Estate from Real Estate Training - OTEN, as well as a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from La Trobe University. With a strong educational background and industry experience, Michael has honed his skills in property management and business administration.

Prior to founding Cubbi, Michael Gilbert worked as a Real Estate Agent, starting as a Property Manager at Wiseberry Coastal and later advancing to the role of Senior Property Manager at Barry Plant. These experiences equipped him with valuable insights into the real estate market and property industry.
