Michael Fink

Michael Fink is a dedicated professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in monitoring, results management, and development cooperation.

He obtained a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich, a Master's degree from Universität Wien, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the same institution. Additionally, he studied at Universidad de Valladolid, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and global perspectives.

Currently, Michael serves as the Head of Monitoring and Results Management (MRM) at Swisscontact worldwide, demonstrating his leadership skills and expertise in ensuring program effectiveness and efficiency.

Prior to his current role, he held various positions at Swisscontact worldwide, including MRM Advisor for Southern Africa and MRM Project Officer, highlighting his deep understanding of development initiatives and their impact.

With previous experience as a Programme Officer at GEZA - Gemeinnuetzige Entwicklungszusammenarbeit GmbH, Michael honed his skills in managing projects that promote North-South dialogue and cooperation.

His professional journey began with a Student Internship at GEZA, where he gained valuable insights into the field of development cooperation and laid the foundation for his successful career in the sector.
