Sudokkho is a five-year skills training and employment programme in Bangladesh funded by UK aid and SDC and implemented by Palladium, in consortium with Swisscontact and British Council. Sudokkho contributes to a stronger and more inclusive private sector skills training market in order to create better job opportunities for the poor with a funding of 21.63 million GBP. 
Lead a team comprising 11 individuals who are looking after all cross-cutting functions such as MRM, Gender and Social Inclusion, Communications, Government Relations and Finance and Operations. Provide overall strategic direction to the project in defining systemic change, identifying systemic constraints, developing intervention strategy following the principles of M4P. Took lead in developing the extension proposal, scenario analysis and revision of the log-frame. Lead the MRM team in designing and implementing a robust Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) system.

•	2016, Aug-September, Nepal, NAMDP project: Developed an MRM manual for the project which will help the project to implement MRM system in compliance with the DCED standard. Provided training on how to use the manual to the project staff.
•	2016, June-July, Nepal, NAMDP project: Conducted the maize subsector assessment and developed market based sector strategy following m4p principles.
•	2016, June, Nepal, NAMDP project: Conducted 3 day-long customized training on MRM and DCED standard for the staff of NAMDP project and SDC Nepal.
•	2016, March, Nepal, NVQS project: developed MRM framework for the project called Nepal Vocational Qualification System (NVQS) of Swisscontact. Trained the staff of project support unit (PSU) and National Standard Testing Board (NSTB), Nepal on MRM.
•	2016, February, Kosovo, PPSE project: As the DCED guided MRM expert conducted pre-audit of the MRM system of the project to assess where it stands in terms of meeting compliance with the different elements of the DCED Standard for Results Measurement and contributed to further improve their MRM system.

Take overall lead and manage the project to ensure adequate planning- implementation- monitoring- evaluation- reporting along with budget management; timely narrative and financial reporting; Prepare annual business plans and budgets for the project; Ensure all MRM works for the project are undertaken, managed and completed on time.

•	2105, February-March, off-site support to Lao PDR, Vietnam and Myanmar offices of RLED - EWEC project: As the MRM expert provided support to all the project offices of EWEC-RLED project in designing baseline study, sampling plan, developing tools for conducting baseline studies.
•	2014, November: Conducted five days training workshop on Monitoring and Results Measurement for the staff of EWEC-RLED project and different departments of the Mekong institute in Thailand. Staff of SDC Laos also participated in the training.
•	2014, October, Myanmar: Provided consultancy service to the project of the Mekong Institute to analyse the maize value chain in Myanmar, evaluate existing sector strategy and design revised strategy following M4P principles.
•	2014, October, Lao PDR: Provided consultancy support to the Laos’ team of the EWEC-RLED project analysing the rice value chain in Laos to identify systemic constraints and recommended revised market based strategy following M4P principles. Assisted the project to develop a result-based monitoring and evaluation system as well.

Mekong Institute

Led a team of 10 members in designing and implementing strategic objectives of MRM; Managed operations of all 3 field offices of Katalyst and coordinated the field works; Managed impact assessment and knowledge management functions; Provided oversight of the impact assessment system, ensuring that the system is fit-for-purpose and conforms to current best practices (in particular, the DCED Standard for MRM); Ensured proper analysis and aggregation of the field data on outreach and income and contributed to a variety of reports including semester report, annual report and business plan; Ensure that findings from  impact assessments and learnings from regular monitoring activities are effectively fed into intervention and sector strategy revision; Performed lead role in identifying and managing inter and intra group synergies and coordination; Assisted in forming Katalyst strategy for Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction; Guided various  studies, both qualitative and quantitative, conducted all over Bangladesh to help Katalyst taking more informed decisions.

As a researcher, monitoring and evaluation in katalyst my major job responsibility was to monitor and assess the impact of the project activities in this region. The impact of various interventions were assessed through studies. I needed to coordinate and network with the partner organizations and to observe the partner’s activities in Greater Rangpur, Dinajpur and Bogra region as well. I was also looking after admin, finance and management related issues of the Rangpur office as assigned here as the Office Manager as well.
