Michael Chasen

Michael Chasen is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO, known for his pioneering work in the edtech industry. He is co-founder and CEO of Class Technologies Inc., an edtech company dedicated to enhancing Zoom with teaching and learning tools. He previously co-founded and served as CEO of Blackboard Inc., a leading software provider in edtech, which has been used by millions of teachers and learners in over 70 countries.

Chasen holds a B.S. in Computer Science from American University and an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He began his career as a Managerial Assistant at the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services Division before serving as a Consultant at KPMG.

As an entrepreneur, Chasen has founded and led several companies, including SocialRadar and PrecisionHawk. He has a passion for improving the way people live and learn, and his expertise in edtech has made him a thought leader in the field.
