Before joining Tableau, Michael served as the Chief Solutions Officer at Leadbook, spearheading customer success initiatives at the cloud-based sales lead platform in Singapore. He brings a wealth of experience in designing, building, and managing sales teams globally.
Starting his career at McKinsey, Michael honed his skills in problem-solving, analytics, and strategic frameworks. He transitioned to Charles Schwab and ServiceSource, translating strategy into operations and managing large sales teams while coaching future leaders. With over a decade's experience in the APAC market, he now imparts his insights at Tableau.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
