A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Juris Doctor focusing on Human Rights Law and Transitional Justice, Michael has served in various capacities as a legal advisor, advocate, and human rights activist. He currently holds the position of General Counsel at Truss, where he leverages his wealth of experience to provide innovative and practical solutions to intricate legal challenges. Before joining Truss, Michael worked as an Attorney at Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld and Peretz & Associates, where he demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advocating for the rights of marginalized communities. Michael has previously worked with the Independent Consultant as an Advocate and Policy Analyst, as well as with the OSCE as an Economic, Social and Cultural Rights Clerk. In addition, he has worked as a Curriculum Developer with Balkans Youth Link and the U.C. Berkeley, School of Education.
