- Hired as a Project Manager 1.  Duties include performing customer consultations to ascertain which telecom option is appropriate for the services they wish to receive.

- Hired as a Transmission Technician.  Performing cross connects at T1, T3 and Optical levels at the Worcester Switch site and various Verizon CO’s across Massachusetts.  Receiving calls from field technicians for trouble shooting and testing on all installation orders of the above mentioned circuit type.  
- Performed extensive research and trouble shooting across Granite, OTIS, TBS and Remedy shared databases and hard copy file systems on a regular basis to resolve conflict issues on circuit engineering and systems integration. 
- Worked on the team spearheading the installation and integration to the Lucent TA-3000 Total Access units into the existing communications network.  Ground floor experience with HDSL, ADSL, and Dynamic T1 circuits supported from this platform.
- Daily operation, configuration and analysis of transport equipment and lines from DSL to OC-192 level.
- Configuration and trouble shooting of the FT-2000 OC-48 and the OC-192 DMX.

Field Service Technician

- Hired as a Tech 2 Installation Technician.  Performing cross connects at DS0, T1, T3, and OC level at the Boston communications node.  Receiving calls from field technicians for trouble shooting and testing on all installation orders of the 
above mentioned circuit type.  When local circuit path is in place testing is done, and testing complete with secondary vendor as needed, then testing for acceptance with the WorldCom customer to verify line integrity from both hand offs is completed.
- Coordination of the Boston local portion of the Bridge Savvis rollover of their circuits to ATM T3 hubs.  Doing so using proprietary database programs to verify, trouble shoot, and modify circuit engineering as required to complete cuts on 
time with minimum service interruption.
- Trained in the operation of React 2000 remote testing and DACS control program in regards to 1631, 1630, and CS1L DACS’. 
- Responsible for physical cross connects at T3 and OC level.  Coordinate second vendor dispatch with WorldCom tech dispatch for vendor meets when needed.
- Trained on various models of T-Berd testing units.
- Certified on Sarin OC 192 MUX by Cisco.
- Proficient with Fujitsu OC-48, OC-12, and OC-3 MUXes remote access and setup.

Inside Technician

- In the Customer Support position covered all operational questions customers had regarding the Ruby SuperSystem. From training customers over the phone how to program and customize the software settings to hardware trouble shooting and directing maintenance dispatch to site’s with problems that are beyond their ability to correct. 
- Promoted to Technical Support. In this capacity it was my responsibility to dial in to systems remotely to scan their software for errors, replace corrupt files, insert tracking files, and modify programs to correct system halt conditions. It was also my responsibility to contact field technicians to verify dispatch to user sites and coordinate this information and status with the appropriate call centers and help desks with associated equipment and contracts with our equipment. In addition to this, the position required that I be the direct link to the field technicians if they encountered any problems outside of their experience or knowledge. 
- Auxiliary duties to my position were to be the point of contact for the Mobil software rollout, including our software interface with their satellite communication system and the changes required by our contract to our software. 
- Compiled a comprehensive manual incorporating the associated fuel systems and their equipment including diagrams, equipment specifications, jumper and switch settings, procedures, and gathered knowledge from experienced field technicians of known problems with equipment under various scenarios.
