Michael Bruner

Michael Bruner is an experienced educator and coach with a diverse background in teaching and sports.

He holds a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, a Post Baccalaureate Teacher Certification, K-5, with an impressive GPA of 3.945 from Kean University, and is an alumnus of Governor Livingston High School.

Michael has held various roles in different organizations including Fourth Grade Teacher at Island Heights Elementary School, Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach at Chatham High School, and Special Education Teacher at Kings Road Elementary School.

His coaching experience extends to positions such as Head Freshman Basketball Coach/Assistant Varsity Coach at Madison High School, Head Basketball Coach at Columbia Middle School, and Assistant Basketball Coach at Summit YMCA.

In addition to his teaching and coaching roles, Michael has also worked in different capacities like Director, Head Coach, and Trainer at Jersey Shot Callers, and as a Behavioral Assistant at Cooperative Counseling Services.
