Michael Boll

Michael Boll is a seasoned Direct Supervisor with over 23 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations for a large police department. His strong leadership qualities, self-motivation, and exceptional interpersonal skills make him a valuable asset in any team environment.
During his tenure at the United States Marine Corps, Michael was deployed to the Gulf war, showcasing his dedication and service to his country. He later transitioned to the Township of Union Police Department as a Department Supervisor, where he led various units including the Community Policing Unit, Detective Bureau Street Crimes, and Traffic Unit.
Michael is the Founder and Team Captain of the New Jersey Veterans Network and Operation Rebound Racing Team. He oversees the functioning of the team, organizes events statewide, provides equipment and services for veterans and first responders, and collaborates with government programs to offer necessary resources.
In addition to his professional roles, Michael holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rutgers University – Camden, and has pursued various training programs in leadership, crisis intervention, mental health, and more. He has a diverse skill set including fundraising, event coordination, public speaking, community organization, project development, and team-building.
Throughout his career, Michael has received numerous awards for his outstanding contributions, including the New Jersey State Governor’s Award, Union Police Department Citations and Awards, VFW Loyalty Award, and several others from prestigious organizations recognizing his humanitarian efforts.
