He then moved on to become a digital marketing manager and head of client service and business coach at The Social Adviser before becoming a public speaker and master of ceremonies at the same organization. Michael's expertise lies in digital marketing, client services, coaching, and public speaking. His biggest passion is seeing businesses create exceptional experiences for their customers and team, and he believes that is how businesses can make the world a better place.
