Prior to his current position, Micael held the title of Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at tate, demonstrating his commitment to organizational growth and development.

He also gained valuable industry knowledge as the Manager of Commercial & Investment at Ofgem and as a Senior Associate in Financial Advisory & Economic Consulting at Deloitte UK.
