Vince Passione

Vince Passione is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for improving lives through intuitive digital financial solutions. He's the founder and CEO of LendKey, a leading Lending-as-a-Service platform that partners with banks and credit unions to offer low-cost loans to consumers. A computer science graduate from Polytechnic University, he's a transformative leader who's grown LendKey from a team of two to over 120 employees and 285 lender partners. Vince's mission is to make lending accessible and easy for people of all ages and backgrounds, with a focus on people over profits. He's also a champion of diversity in the workplace and founded Lending Hands, LendKey's community service and internship programs, to recruit and mentor people with learning differences. Outside of LendKey, Vince chairs The Adaptive Sports Foundation, a non-profit that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in sports and recreation activities.
