Educationally, Meytal has pursued studies in CMQ/OE (Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence) in Quality Management at ALD College and has also delved into Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Management at Netanya Academic College.

In terms of professional experience, Meytal has played key roles in various organizations, notably as the Founder and CEO of FUSING, as well as holding positions such as Director of Corporate Quality at Tempo Beverages Ltd, Quality Assurance Manager CMQ/OE at Loboprint Ltd, Director of Proactive Customer Retention Center at YES DBS Satellite Services Ltd, and in establishing the Customer Relations Department at the same company.
