Mervil Johnson

Mervil Johnson is a Fort Worth native who has made significant contributions to the community in his role as Project Director of FACT, the Fathers And Children Together program. The program, which received a $2.1 million HHS Pathways to Responsible Fatherhood grant, is committed to helping fathers connect and stay engaged with their families. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and French and a Master of Public Administration degree from Texas Christian University. Additionally, he studied international business studies at Universite de Nice in France. Johnson has over 20 years of experience in management positions at various companies, including Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, American Airlines, City of Fort Worth, and ICMA Retirement Corporation. His work has earned him accolades, including an invitation to the White House Champions of Change event in 2012. Johnson is fluent in French and Spanish and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Latin America.
