Merrit Quarum

Dr. Merrit Quarum is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive professional experience in the healthcare industry.

He obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine, following which he pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropharmacology at the prestigious Vollum Institute of Advanced Biomedical Research at OHSU.

Prior to his medical training, Dr. Quarum studied Molecular Biochemistry and Neuroscience at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, showcasing his strong foundation in scientific research.

His educational journey also includes a BA in Chemistry from Reed College, reflecting his multidisciplinary approach to learning and passion for the sciences.

Dr. Quarum's career has been marked by leadership roles, including his current position as CEO at WellRithms, where he demonstrates his strategic vision and business acumen in the healthcare sector.

Previously, he served as the CEO of Qmedtrix Systems, further solidifying his expertise in healthcare management and technology.

With a background in internal medicine residency at Providence Hospital and Medical Centres-Graduate Medical Education, Dr. Quarum brings a holistic understanding of patient care and medical practices to his leadership positions.

Before transitioning into executive roles, he worked as a physician at Columbia Occupational Health Associates, gaining valuable clinical experience and firsthand knowledge of occupational health dynamics.
