Recognising that the law of attraction needed to be paired with the law of ACTION, we crafted a comprehensive holistic wellness program, emphasising both personal development and proactive engagement.

→ Co-created and launched a health, wellness and coaching program, integrating the principles of attraction with actionable strategies.

→ Devised a training and certification program for our proprietary system, enabling facilitators to effectively implement it worldwide.

As the owner of franchises with LA Weight Loss and Herbal Magic, I led the successful launch and operation of five locations across Ontario and British Columbia. 

My focus was on driving significant business growth through strategic marketing and innovative sales initiatives. I managed comprehensive P&L responsibilities, including an $800K marketing budget and led a sales force of 35+ representatives.

Key ahievements:

→ Developed and executed regional marketing campaigns that led two locations to achieve the highest grand-opening records – one surpassing the previous record by 250%.

→ Guided one location to rank number one in revenue among 900+ global sites, with all locations consistently in the top 5% of the franchise network.

→ Conceptualised and executed comprehensive marketing campaigns across television, radio and print, driving brand engagement and market penetration.

→ Developed partnerships with prominent local figures, leveraging their public appeal to amplify marketing efforts and rapidly generate impactful buzz across various channels.
