Melody Shekari is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in business, legal, and government administration sectors, backed by extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to community service.
Melody's educational journey includes studying at Girls Preparatory School and Bright School before pursuing a JD at the University of Southern California, an MPA at the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington, and a B.S. at Bentley University.
Throughout her career, Melody has been associated with various organizations in different capacities, such as serving as a Lawyer & Consultant at Shekari Law PLLC, being a Former Candidate for Congress for the TN Third Congressional District, working as a Policy Fellow at the City of Chattanooga, and holding roles at the University of Southern California, including LL.M. Legal Writing Fellow, Independent Researcher, and Graduate Student Body President at the USC Graduate Student Government.
Additionally, Melody's professional journey includes engagements as Director of Outreach, Director of Administration, and Conference Coordinator at the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students, Research Intern at the American Farmland Trust, and Data Specialist at IntellectSpace Corporation. She has also contributed as a member of the Leadership Board at the Save Evans Advocacy Group.
