Melissa Waetzman

Melissa Waetzman is a highly qualified professional with a background in applied psychology. She graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in applied psychology, where she gained extensive knowledge and skills in the field. She has accrued significant experience as the Senior Vice President at Rti Research— a multinational research organization.

Waetzman is passionate about the psychological aspects of human behavior, which she uses to inform research and development practices. Her skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve set goals.
