Melissa Garcia is a bilingual process consultant, public speaker, and digital communication specialist with a focus on program management, training development, and group facilitation.

She is dedicated to supporting the growth of healthier communities by forging strategic partnerships, assessing needs, and empowering the next generation of leaders.

Melissa has a rich background working with notable organizations like HBO, The Meteor, Refinery29, Global Girls Prep, among others, and has spearheaded various initiatives to combat gender-based violence locally and globally.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Social Work.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Melissa is also actively engaged as a community leader, event planner, traveler, and yoga instructor, showcasing a diverse range of interests and contributions.
