Julianne Norman is a talented Education Analyst with a proven track record of excelling in dual project management and technical roles. She currently holds a pivotal role in the International Education Division at RTI International, where she provides project management support to USAID-funded Read Liberia Activity and Tanzania Tusome Pamoja Project, while also leveraging her technical expertise to focus on School-Related Gender-Based Violence (SRGBV) and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in countries such as Uganda, Malawi, and Jordan. Julianne holds a Master's of Public and International Affairs degree specializing in Human Security from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated with a 3.8/4.0 GPA. Additionally, she holds a Cume Laude Bachelor's of Arts in French and Religion from Transylvania University.
