She holds a BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Murray State University and has a background in fostering connections in the non-profit and business sectors.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Outreach and Development at the Nashville Public Education Foundation, Melinda has previously held roles such as Director of Corporate Engagement & Cause Related Marketing at Second Harvest Food Bank, Vice-President of Membership at Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau, Director of Member Relations at Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, and Liaison to the Nashville Area Business Councils at Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
