Kiel Bollenbaugh is a seasoned Business Development Manager with over 13 years of experience in sales, management, marketing, account management, business consulting, business development, risk mitigation, project management, and trend development. His passion for sports and mentoring youth led him to help coaches, athletic directors, and businesses find high quality custom team uniforms and apparel that fit any budget. Alongside providing unique fundraising opportunities for athletic programs, Kiel ensures that his clients receive the best quality custom gear throughout the process, from the concept stage to delivery.

Kiel pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Oregon State University. He puts his excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills, entrepreneurial vision, and collaborative relationship establishment to good use in his daily work. Kiel is a problem solver who refuses complacency, a trait that has helped him drive multiple projects simultaneously, both tactical and strategic issues.

As the Business Development Manager at Valley Athletic Field Solutions, Inc., Kiel has been able to utilize his expertise as the former Team Sales Manager there to establish and manage significant partnerships with colleagues, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and partners.
