Melanie Fellay is the CEO and Co-Founder of Spekit, a digital enablement platform designed to enhance employee training and productivity by providing just-in-time learning resources directly within the workflow. She co-founded Spekit with Zari Zahra, driven by the need to address the inefficiencies of traditional training methods, such as lengthy courses and outdated materials. The platform is utilized by major companies including Uber Freight, Southwest Airlines, and Invesco, and has raised $60 million in venture funding from notable investors like Craft Ventures and Felicis.124

Fellay has been recognized for her entrepreneurial achievements, being named a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient and included in Crunchbase's list of the Top Funded Female Entrepreneurs in 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she graduated in the top 5% of her class.
