Melanie Fellay is the CEO and Cofounder of Spekit, an enablement platform designed for a seamless user experience in knowledge sharing and training.

Driven by the need to simplify knowledge dissemination within teams, Melanie embarked on a mission in 2018 to create Spekit, addressing the gaps in existing platforms.

Under Melanie's leadership, Spekit has garnered $60M in funding from prominent venture firms and serves a diverse clientele, including major airlines, financial institutions, tech giants, startups, and nonprofits.

With a background in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, Melanie also has experience ranging from Salesforce product ownership to event management.

Highly passionate about enhancing the enablement experience, Melanie actively engages with leaders in Revenue, Technology, Operations, and Learning to understand their challenges and deliver effective solutions.
