Mel Raoul is a professional coach, trainer, and founder of Management Lab. With experience in nonprofit and public management, Mel is an Adjunct Lecturer at NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. He offers team trainings and one-to-one coaching to promote behavioral change, visionary leadership, effective communication, healthy organizational culture, and efficient management systems. Mel's specialties include leadership development, team building, and public speaking. He has completed a Master of Public Administration degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies & International Relations. Prior to founding Management Lab, Mel has worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Implementation Advisor, Fundraising Manager, and Frontline Fundraising Director in various organizations such as NYU Capstone, Res Publica's OneWorld Digital Security Exchange, Students for a Free Tibet, and Greenpeace.
