Under the umbrella of The TradeForward Company, Meint leads VanKaarstotServet, a prominent online decor store offering a wide range of products such as Bolsius & Gouda candles, Ambiente napkins, fair trade items, and various decorative and gift items.

Additionally, Meint manages SponsorWebwinkel, a platform supporting schools and organizations in fundraising by providing sponsor pages for ordering appealing decor products.

His expertise spans across operational management, online marketing, webshop development, strategic business planning, human resources management, sponsorship campaigns, and corporate social responsibility.

Meint Schepers pursued his education in Personnel Management at Hanzehogeschool Groningen after completing studies in Atheneum at Vestdijk and an unspecified program at Vondelschool.
